Lori Passmore
Lori is the Intern Project Manager. She has worked for the Diocese for over 7 years and also has a role with The Northern Mission Centre as their Project Officer overseeing work with Fresh Expressions and Pioneering. She was also previously Chair of the board of Trustees for Frontier Youth Trust, a role she had for 3 years.
Kristy Pattimore
Kristy is a Northern Young Leaders Project Coordinator. She is part of the leadership of the Project. She leads on our mentoring and is the key link on our partnership with the NMS. Kristy is an ordained pioneer with a youth church, mission and creative community engagement background.
Nicky Smith
Nicky, as Director of Ministry Development, has responsibility for training and development for the Diocese of Carlisle. She is team lead on vocations, Curate training, lay training, clergy development, and clergy wellbeing. She has a track record on training younger leaders. The Northern Young Leaders Project is one part of this work. She is also currently project management support for NYLP.
Richard Passmore
Richard is responsible for developing the Northern Mission Centre and fostering a missional ecosystem across Cumbria. He is the Diocese lead on Pioneering and brings this expertise to the Intern year. He’ll be involved in training, especially for those on the pioneer stream.
Peter Clements
Peter is our Diocesan Director of Vocations. He encourages people to consider how they should serve God and their neighbour, and by doing this to live out their calling to follow Jesus. He is available as part of the year, both for one to one conversions on vocation, and facilitating wider conversations on vocation.
